West Berkshire Lottery is a weekly lottery that directly supports local good causes and community initiatives.
Lotteries are a fun and effective way for causes to raise much-needed funds in these difficult times. By getting more people on board, they don’t just raise funds, they also raise awareness.
When you play West Berkshire Lottery you know that 60% of your ticket price goes to good causes (more than DOUBLE what the National Lottery gives) AND the money raised is going to good causes that benefit your local community.
The West Berkshire Community Fund is one of the good causes supported by the West Berkshire Lottery. The West Berkshire Community Fund provides a generic option for players of the lottery who do not have a particular allegiance to a specific good cause, to select when they buy their ticket.
Good causes who are active participants in the West Berkshire Lottery are eligible to bid for additional funding from the West Berkshire Community Fund. Funding is awarded by an independent panel who meet periodically to consider applications. The West Berkshire Community Fund is administered by the Council.
